1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Luminaryx services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Luminaryx provides lead generation services through social network advertising and intelligent prospect discovery. Our services include:

  • Qualified lead generation
  • Social media advertising campaigns
  • Lead qualification and verification
  • CRM integration services
  • Performance analytics and reporting

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required for qualified leads delivered according to the agreed pricing structure:

  • Standard Channel: $40 per qualified lead
  • Premium Channel: $50 per qualified lead
  • Enterprise Channel: $60 per qualified lead

Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Lead Quality Standards

We guarantee that all leads meet the following criteria:

  • Verified contact information
  • Expressed interest in your product or service
  • Meet your specified demographic criteria
  • Have decision-making authority or influence

If a lead does not meet these standards, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate targeting criteria
  • Responding to leads in a timely manner
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing feedback on lead quality

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. All lead data is:

  • Collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws
  • Secured using industry-standard encryption
  • Used solely for the purpose of lead generation
  • Not shared with third parties without consent

7. Limitation of Liability

Luminaryx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Luminaryx services are owned by Luminaryx and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding invoices become immediately due
  • Access to our services will be discontinued
  • Client data will be securely deleted within 90 days

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
